Plastic cards in optimal quality

As a plastic card manufacturer, we attach great importance to quality and the satisfaction of our customers! That is why the cards we produce are multilayered and pressed on both sides with high-quality overlay films (glossy or matt). The printed image of the plastic cards is thus optimally protected. The punching of the cards guarantees exact dimensions according to DIN standard 7810.
For very large quantities, we alternatively produce single-layer mono cards in high-quality UV printing with UV varnish.

Standard cards (5-ply):	760 my thick (according to ISO/IEC 7810) – Card core: 3-ply, Teslin and PVC white Surface: Overlay film high-gloss or silk matt Cards are pressed under heat and high pressure
SLIM cards (3-ply):	540 my thick Card core: 1-ply, PVC white Surface: Overlay film high-gloss or silk matt Cards are pressed under heat and high pressure
Mono cards (1-ply):	300 my / 400 my / 500 my thick Card core: 1-ply, PVC white Surface: UV varnish glossy or silk matt
Card end format:	86 x 54 mm (according to ISO/IEC 7810)
Raw format:	90 x 58 mm (approx. 2 mm bleed all around)

Notes on the print template
Data creation:	Data can be created yourself (also by your agency), alternatively use our design service
Bleed:	Create approx. 2 mm bleed all around (90 x 58 mm)
Margin spacing:	2 mm to untrimmed elements, DO NOT round off corners
File formats:	Print-ready PDF file or common layout/graphics files Fonts + images to be supplied, data to be sent by e-mail

Printing technology
Digital printing:	Euroscale, single or double-sided Personalisation, coding, numbering, etc. Colour deviations possible due to lamination and heat
UV offset:	UV Euroscale/UV special colours (HKS/Pantone); UV varnishing, full-surface or partial All UV printing inks with highest light fastness
Print sheet:	21 cards per sheet (3 x 7 cards)
Print finishing:	Punch cards to final format (incl. round corners), bundle and pack handily
