UV foil printing brings many advantages
Many printing companies have had to struggle with virtually unsolvable problems when trying to print on non-absorbent materials such as plastic.
These difficulties do not exist with UV offset printing, because in UV printing foils and plastics as well as metallic materials can be printed without drying problems.
In contrast to printing on paper, foil printing has many advantages: The printed matter is washable, waterproof, practically untearable and protected against scratches.
UV prints for versatile applications
There are printed materials that are particularly stressed in special areas of application – for example, displays, registers, overhead transparencies, window stickers and door hangers. UV printing on durable materials is ideal for these applications. A UV varnish over the entire surface provides additional protection against the effects of weather and dirt.
