UV offset print on PVC – robust and durable

UV offset printing on PVC for resistant printed matter

Certain areas of application place high demands on the respective printed matter, such as displays, door hangers, registers, instructions for use, etc. Foil printing on PVC (white or transparent) meets these requirements perfectly. The high-quality print, the highly lightfast colours and, if necessary, an additional protective varnish ensure that the print is protected and does not fade prematurely. For extreme use, the resistance of the print can be further improved with a special primer/varnish combination. This makes the printed matter weatherproof and water-resistant.

Protection through UV varnishing (optional)

A full-surface UV varnish protects the print and film from the effects of the weather. This smooth, silicone-containing lacquered surface is dirt-repellent and also acts as protection against cleaning agents. In addition, the surface is better protected against scratches and mechanical stress. In practice, UV varnishing allows a durability of 3-5 years outdoors and almost unlimited indoors.
