Do your COC documents meet the EU requirements?

Manufacturers must include a forgery-proof certificate of conformity (COC document) with every new vehicle – with their own logo in colour and as an individual watermark. “To prevent counterfeiting, the certificate of conformity shall be protected with colour graphic representations […]” – and additionally with “a watermark in the form of the manufacturer’s trademark.” (EU Regulation 2020/683 ANNEX VIII)

The problem:

Only a few very large manufacturers have a paper with their own logo as a watermark. As a custom-made product, such watermarked paper can only be produced in very large quantities – with high costs and long delivery times.
